MAIN ARGUMENT STAYED WHEN A AD IS COST PER CONVERSION WHY GETTING CHARGED FOR IMPRESSIONS OR PER VIEW AND WHEN BIDDING CAP IS 1 WHY WE HAVE BEEN CHARGED 1.47/ VIEW.
